The Kiwanis Disability Information & Support Centre (KDISC) is organising a free talk on "A Parent's Perspective of Caring for a Special Child" on Saturday, 6th May 2006 from 1pm to 3pm.

Book Donation Drive
The Budimas Foundation is currently holding a book donation drive from 15 March - 15 April 2006. You are welcome to donate books, particularly novels and encyclopedias that are in good condition.

Drop off your books any weekday between 10am to 5 pm at the Ground Floor of Menara MAA, KL or call 03 - 2146 8530 / 8555 / 8603 for pickup service.

The foundation aims to set up a book rental section to raise funds for five charity homes:

* Rumah Amal Hashimiyah in Sg. Besar,
* Miracle Home in KL,
* Bethesda Children's Home in Rawang,
* Good Samaritan Home in Klang,
* Asrama Damai Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim in Rawang.
